Chris Rhyne
PrincipalChris is a Principal and Financial Advisor with the Sargent Investment Group. Chris previously worked for Reinhart Partners, a Milwaukee, Wisconsin based asset management firm focused on small and mid-cap Equities and investment grade Fixed Income. As a Principal, Director of Key Accounts and a member of the Executive Committee, Chris focused on marketing and investment distribution with Advisory Firms, Institutions and Financial Advisors. Following the sale of Reinhart’s Fixed Income division, he joined the Sargent Investment Group.
Prior to Reinhart Partners, Chris worked for a systematic Hedge Fund, focused on absolute return strategies for institutional and high net worth clients. He began his career with a large broker-dealer where he provided investment management consulting and market analysis for Advisors.
Chris graduated from Furman University, where he majored in Business Administration. For three years, he was a co-captain of the tennis team and led them to two Southern Conference Champions. He holds his Master’s in Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and obtained his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation in conjunction with The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Chris is from North Carolina and resides in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife, Emily, and their two daughters.
